Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager, Senior Manager to drive strategic outcomes for our Signature customers. You’ll integrate multiple products and lead complex programs, aligning business and technical goals while maximizing adoption and value of Salesforce investments.

This IC role requires strong executive-facing communication, cross-team collaboration, and a deep understanding of MuleSoft within a large SaaS ecosystem. Office-flexible, in-office thrice weekly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, SaaS, or strategic consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive-level influence.
• Ability to navigate complex discussions and align stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional resources across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-org signature customer engagements with ROI-driven plans.
• Coordinate complex programs and integrate customer priorities into success plans.
• Mobilize resources and engage experts to address customer needs.
• Define engagement charters with clear goals and metrics.
• Align internal teams to deliver value through Salesforce’s Signature offer.
• Design multi-step digital workflows and high-value customer interactions.
