Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a customer success leader to manage a portfolio of 40 mid-market and enterprise accounts from a fully remote US base aligned to EST. You will drive adoption, engagement, and retention across all stages of the customer lifecycle.

In this role you will onboard customers, lead integration with sales processes, run regular check-ins, and analyze usage metrics to uncover risks and opportunities. A strong renewal track record and SaaS expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer success experience with a strong renewal record.
• 2+ years in SDR or SDR management.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills to build trusted relationships.
