Job summary

DataGrail is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers from onboarding through long-term adoption of the privacy platform. You will lead implementation projects, build relationships with privacy, security, legal, and executive stakeholders, and monitor account health to reduce churn.

Applicants should have experience in customer-facing SaaS roles with onboarding or implementation, plus knowledge of GDPR/CCPA.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have experience in customer success, onboarding, or implementation within customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer priorities and proactively identify risks.
