Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale programs with customer impact and cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists.
• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
• Experience leading transformation project teams across broad functional groups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive adoption of CDS.
• Own onboarding and ramp, drive time-to-value and remove blockers to production.
• Manage expand & churn, forecast usage, identify growth opportunities, and prevent churn.
• Guide customers in applying AI-driven engagement on CDS channels.
• Develop repeatable assets such as playbooks and best practices for portfolio-wide use.
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and programs to enable customer success.
• Build customer skills with CDS deliverability, compliance, and multi-channel best practices.
• Engage senior stakeholders to articulate CDS value and identify new business opportunities.
• Create account plans with field teams and partner ecosystems to extend reach.
