Job summary

Nintex is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption, value realization, and retention across a broad, complex customer portfolio. You will proactively manage customer health using telemetry, adoption signals, and actionable insights to prioritize interventions and growth.

This role operates with autonomy and partners cross-functionally to deliver repeatable success plays, onboard strategic customers, track usage, support renewals and expansions, and mentor peers on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS or technology environments.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with a Customer Success Management platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-create success plans aligned with customer goals and lifecycle maturity.
• Deliver telemetry-driven insights on adoption, usage, and whitespace.
• Lead onboarding and training for strategic customers with early adoption.
• Own renewals and expansion through data-driven value realization.
• Mentor peers on value storytelling and outcome-based conversations.
