Job summary

EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive to drive onboarding, product adoption, and sustained value realization for Clinical Decisions customers. This fully remote role covers the North Midwest and West Coast regions, with travel up to 40%.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Editorial, and IT teams to deliver a high-impact customer experience. The ideal candidate has a health IT background, strong project management experience, and a track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, customer engagement, success, marketing, or support.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
• Medical experience to understand clinical workflow.
• Proven track record of managing complex implementation projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a POD-style team.
• Fully remote role with travel up to 40% of time.
• 7 years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Clinical informatics background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Value Hypothesis and align product capabilities to needs and success metrics.
• Establish timelines and KPIs to guide value realization.
• Serve as trusted advisor to proactively deliver recommendations.
• Define onboarding goals and coordinate with Clinical Implementation.
• Provide product training and promote user adoption across teams.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding and coordinate with IT for system integrations.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risk to ensure successful implementations.
• Conduct business reviews and identify upsell opportunities.
