EBSCO Information Services is hiring a Customer Success Executive to drive onboarding, product adoption, and long-term value realization for EBSCO Clinical Decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Editorial to ensure a seamless customer experience across the North Midwest and West Coast regions, with travel and remote work flexibility.

Ideal candidates have strong program management experience, healthcare knowledge, and excellent communication skills to guide customers

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health administration, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, customer engagement, success, marketing, or support roles.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, EHR systems, and SSO authentication protocols.
• Medical experience to provide a clear understanding of clinical workflow.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• This is a fully remote role and travel up to 40% is required.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Customer Success to onboard, drive adoption, and realize value.
• Define onboarding goals, coordinate with the Clinical Implementation team.
• Provide product training and awareness campaigns.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for EBSCO Clinical Decisions products.
• Coordinate with IT teams for EHR integration, SSO, and other integrations.
• Conduct regular business reviews to drive renewals and growth.
• Monitor KPIs and report on progress.
