Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive onboarding, adoption, and sustained value for Clinical Decisions customers. This remote role supports the North Midwest and West Coast regions, with travel up to 40% and preference for Chicago or Denver areas.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Editorial to align product capabilities with customer goals, manage implementation timelines, and enable customer champions through training and self-service resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in project management, customer engagement or related roles.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
• Familiarity with SSO protocols and healthcare IT standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and enablement for EBSCO Clinical Decisions products.
• Coordinate with Clinical Implementation, IT, and other internal teams to ensure smooth deployment.
• Define timelines, KPIs, and success metrics for customer value realization.
• Deliver training and train-the-trainer programs for admins and end-users.
• Conduct regular business reviews to drive retention and growth.
