Job summary

EBSCO Information Services is seeking a dynamic Customer Success Executive to partner with Clinical Decisions customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption and long-term value realization. This fully remote role supports the North Midwest and West Coast regions, with travel up to 40% and time-zone collaboration.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Editorial and Implementation teams, manage timelines and KPIs, train superusers, and conduct business reviews to drive renewal and growth across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or customer success.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and EHR/SSO.
• Proven track record managing complex implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to ensure onboarding, adoption and value realization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Editorial and Implementation teams.
• Define onboarding goals and KPIs; manage timelines and budgets.
• Provide training and enablement to users; create self-service resources.
• Conduct regular business reviews to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage renewal processes and align internal teams for retention and expansion.
