ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Customer Success Executive to own post-sale relationships, driving retention and expansion for strategic accounts. You will provide executive-level guidance, align CIO and business stakeholders with ServiceNow capabilities, and lead multi-workstream transformation programs.

You will mentor teams, identify opportunities, and ensure governance, risk mitigation, and最高 adoption across the customer organization. Location is Chicago with a flexible work persona.

Qualificações

• Fifteen+ years in client-facing roles with account management or transformation leadership.
• Experience translating client strategy with ServiceNow technology in complex environments.
• PMP preferred; project management experience required.
• Ability to leverage AI to optimize workflows and drive business value.
• Clear articulation of AI system design, ethics, and value scenarios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-complexity transformations across strategic customers with governance and value management.
• Identify pipeline opportunities via roadmaps, value blueprints, and adoption analysis; support pre-sales.
• Partner with Impact and Sales teams to align delivery and growth efforts.
• Work with senior executives to shape customer strategy and industry insights.
• Standardize delivery methodologies and ensure governance and quality standards.
• Mentor other Customer Success resources on transformation best practices.
• Mitigate risk and prevent customer or revenue churn.
• Drive adoption and usage of ServiceNow across the customer organization.
