The ideal candidate brings 12+ years in management consulting or leadership roles in technology-enabled transformations, with experience in governance, change management, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technology-enabled transformations.
• Strong cross-functional and executive stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales transformation and align offerings to customer goals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on integrated pre/post-sales strategies.
• Identify risks and develop strategies for value realization.
• Guide Customer Success team to achieve KPIs like adoption and renewals.
• Build relationships with ServiceNow leaders and incorporate customer feedback.
