ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Customer Success Executive (PCSE) to own post-sale relationships with strategic customers, driving retention, expansion, and value realization through executive-level guidance. The role emphasizes AI-enabled transformations, cross-functional collaboration, and governance-driven delivery with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 15+ years in client-facing roles with account management/consulting.
• Proven ability to translate corporate strategy into ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with AI integration into workflows and decision-making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-complexity transformations for strategic customers.
• Identify and develop professional services opportunities with the customer in mind.
• Collaborate with Sales to define adoption and retention plans.
• Engage with senior IT and business leaders to align delivery with strategy.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and value realization across accounts.
• Mentor other Customer Success resources on transformation best practices.
• Manage executive-facing communications and governance models with customers.
• Identify incidents of missed SLAs and take corrective actions.
• Support renewal and up-sell opportunities through value realization.
