Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for Speedpay. You will own a strategic book of business with government & insurance clients, building executive relationships and driving retention, growth, and forecast predictability.

Remote or hybrid work is available, with travel around 25% and reporting to the Director of Customer Success. Demonstrated payments expertise, strong negotiation skills, and experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and Gainsight are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in payments or government/insurance segments.
• BS/BA or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Expert-level payments knowledge with a track record turning clients into advocates.
• Comfort with C-suite and board-level conversations, inside ACI.

Responsibilities

• Own retention, revenue growth and forecast accuracy for government & insurance clients.
• Build executive relationships across multiple sponsor levels.
• Lead business reviews and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Manage renewals and pricing discussions to achieve commercial success.
• Coordinate with Product, Ops, Legal and Finance to deliver commitments.
• Contribute to segment strategy and roadmap through insights.
