Job summary

PayIt is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the success, retention, and growth of a regionally-focused portfolio of government agency clients. You will deeply understand customer goals and act as a trusted advisor on digital government, guiding adoption of PayIt solutions to improve citizen experiences.

You will lead executive strategy sessions, drive renewals, and identify expansion opportunities while partnering with product and delivery teams to maximize value.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a thought leader, customer advocate, and consultative partner for high-touch SaaS customers.
