Salesforce is seeking a Director-level Customer Success Manager to partner with top accounts, driving strategic value and measurable ROI across sales, product, and engineering. This role focuses on executive engagement, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams to align Salesforce capabilities with client business objectives.

You will mentor teams, oversee complex programs, and guide AI-driven initiatives to maximize renewals and expansion in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, strategic leadership, SaaS, or strategic consulting.
• Experience with Enterprise-level customers and leading cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs.
• 6+ years supporting complex, enterprise-scale Sales Cloud deployments: expert knowledge of sales transformation and revenue operations; multi-currency and multi-language architectures.
• 6+ years supporting complex, enterprise-scale Service Cloud deployments: expert knowledge of service transformation and global contact center architecture.

Responsabilités

• Executive & ROI Engagement: Build executive partnerships and strategic success roadmaps; quantify ROI to drive renewals and expansion.
• Complex Program Management: Lead cross-functional initiatives across matrixed teams to solve enterprise challenges.
• Risk, Incident & AI Governance: Use analytics to address attrition risk; provide leadership during major incidents; guide AI adoption.
• Mentorship & Strategic Guidance: Mentor account teams on enterprise environments and AI-augmented workflows.
