Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success or strategic leadership with enterprise experience.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate tech concepts to business terms.
• 6+ years supporting enterprise Sales Cloud deployments with global architecture knowledge.
• 6+ years supporting enterprise Service Cloud deployments with contact center modernization.

Responsabilités

• Executive & ROI Engagement: partner with executives and quantify ROI to drive renewals and expansion.
• Complex Program Management: lead cross-functional initiatives across matrixed teams.
• Risk, Incident & AI Governance: use telemetry to address attrition risk and guide AI adoption.
• Mentorship & Strategic Guidance: mentor teams on enterprise environments and AI workflows.
