Bayer is seeking an operations leader in the United States to oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio, ensuring reliable supply and compliant service delivery.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and manage readiness activities across data, systems, and pricing, with a focus on serialization and government pricing programs. Multiple US locations available.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree... 5+ years of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree with equivalent relevant experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer operations, supply chain, master data and systems integration
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with serialized, specialty, temperature-sensitive, partner‑managed, 3PL‑supported, or contract‑controlled supply models is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP, customer and product master data, EDI/API interfaces, serialization or traceability, inventory and partner operations

Aufgaben

• Oversee and execute daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities, including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support; maintain oversight of third-party operations.
• Drive compliant process improvements, support launches and new business or supply models, and act as a subject-matter expert for contracts, operational controls and audit inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on logistics and supply chain operations to develop tailored solutions for customers; cultivate relationships with account managers, sales, finance, and marketing teams to enhance engagement.
• Coordinate NDC-12 impact assessments and readiness activities across master data, SAP and system interfaces, serialization, pricing, government pricing and special programs.
• Align cross-functional requirements and standards, dependencies and controls with interfacing functions such as IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, Compliance and external partners.
• Lead the integrated cluster plans and maintain project risks, decisions, dependencies, readiness metrics, documentation and escalation paths, providing updates to PMO and leadership.
• Maintain alignment with industry discussions regarding NDC-12 implementation and Bayer's readiness approach.
