Job summary

Arrcus is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Customer Solution Engineering in San Jose, CA. You will spearhead qualification of ultra-complex deployments, own critical escalations, and bridge field deployments with development and product management.

You will design multi-dimensional test architectures and guide junior engineers toward production-ready networking use cases at scale. You will mentor, lead, and advance automation frameworks, enhancing test pipelines with Python and shell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, EE, or related technical field.
• 10 to 15+ years in system test engineering or advanced technical support in networking.
• Strong problem-solving and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical network escalations.
• Qualify production-grade use cases in lab environments at large scale.
• Mentor engineers and design robust test frameworks.
• Drive automation and scalable test pipelines using Python and shell.
