Job summary

Arrcus Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Customer Solution Engineering in San Jose, CA.

You will champion ultra-complex customer deployments, bridge field deployments with Development and product management, and design multi-dimensional test architectures for next-generation networking at scale. You will mentor engineers, own high-priority escalations, and drive automation efforts across test pipelines.

Qualifications

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in system test engineering or customer solution engineering in networking.
• Strong problem-solving and executive/customer-facing communication.
• Experience designing lab architectures and scalable test frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical escalations.
• Qualify production-grade customer use cases in simulated labs.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide test framework design.
• Drive automation and scale-out testing using Python and shell scripts.
