Job summary

Arrcus is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Customer Solution Engineering in San Jose, CA. You will spearhead qualification of ultra-complex deployments and own critical escalations, bridging field deployments with development and product management.

You will design multi-dimensional test architectures, mentor junior engineers, and ensure production-readiness for next-gen networking use cases at scale. Strong Python automation and Linux troubleshooting are essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of system test engineering or senior technical support within networking.
• Excellent problem-solving under pressure and strong written/verbal communication for executive discussions.
• Collaborative leadership and mentoring of junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical escalations and deployment roadblocks.
• Qualify production-grade customer use cases in lab environments at scale.
• Mentor team members on analysis, debugging, and test framework design.
• Drive automation and scale-out testing pipelines using Python and shell scripting.
