Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in system test engineering, customer solution engineering, or advanced technical support in networking.
- Experience qualifying complex customer deployments and leading escalations.
- Strong Linux/UNIX troubleshooting and hands-on test automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead root-cause analysis and end-to-end resolution of critical customer escalations.
- Qualify production-grade use cases in lab environments mirroring large-scale deployments.
- Mentor and guide engineers; design robust test architectures.
- Drive automation and scalable test pipelines using Python and shell scripting.
