Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management/support or related RealPage roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience configuring SaaS-based solutions that scale and prove ROI.
• Strong knowledge of property management at corporate and property levels.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers and identify root causes; own resolution and follow-up.
• Communicate across organizations; tailor messages for leasing staff to C‑Suite.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of RealPage solutions and integrations; advise on best practices.
• Set and manage customer expectations to enhance experience and reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Success, and Product Management to improve processes and visibility.
• Work with others to achieve shared objectives.
