Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking a Financial Solution Consultant to drive successful SaaS deployments of RealPage solutions. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to architect scalable, resilient implementations aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on translating business requirements into actionable product configurations, leading discovery and implementation, and ensuring adoption and ongoing support across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of Multifamily industries and operations.
• Strong grasp ofAccounting practices and principles.
• Familiarity with FinTech product integrations and ecosystem.
• Experience guiding consulting processes and client engagements.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define customers' business requirements and current operations state.
• Develop change management strategies aligning current and future states.
• Track progress toward defined requirements and adoption success.
• Build ongoing partnership and trusted-advisor relationship with customers.
• Map business requirements to RealPage product capabilities and solutions.
• Create a framework for successful implementation delivery.
• Lead presale and discovery discussions with key customer roles.
• Collaborate with Engagement Management on project planning.
• Plan system design with internal delivery teams and oversee execution.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ongoing support.
