Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Representative, Customer Service Operations in LaVergne, TN. This hybrid role requires on-site presence two days per week with remote days the rest of the week.

You will manage customer accounts, ensure timely order fulfillment, handle backorders, and support field sales with service excellence. The role emphasizes problem resolution, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Regulatory, and Finance teams to optimize customer

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Must live within a 1-hour radius of LaVergne, TN.
• High School Diploma, GED or technical certification in related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides outstanding customer service and supports improvements in operational execution to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
• Manages customer account activity including order fulfillment, backorders/substitutes, product change requests, and new/lost business submissions.
• Acts as liaison for invoicing, reimbursement, and other services; resolves problems and disputes with customers.
• Collects and reviews customer feedback, complaints, recalls and product returns; coordinates with Quality and Regulatory teams.
• Identifies customer trends and opportunities to develop alternatives for efficiency and new business opportunities.
• Supports process improvement initiatives to optimize inventory, suppliers, and costs while improving service.
• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Communicates with customers about needs and questions; troubleshoots equipment issues as necessary.
