Job summary

OBE is seeking a seasoned customer service specialist in Texas to serve as a primary contact for customers, manage orders, provide timely updates, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

You will handle high call volumes, maintain accurate records, and uphold strong written and verbal communication while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in technical fields such as doors, windows, aluminum systems, partitions, or similar industry preferred.
• Proficient in computer use and multiple systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers within a collaborative team.
• Provide timely communications via phone and email with professionalism.
• Own customer requests from initial contact through resolution.
• Provide order updates, ETAs, product information, and support.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor and manage a shared inbox with the team.
