Job summary

OBE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to clients, document interactions, and process quotes and orders accurately. You will collaborate with sales and production to meet delivery expectations and support the Customer Service Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in construction or manufacturing and 1–2 years in customer-facing roles, with familiarity in AS400/Surpass and SAP, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read drawings and blueprints.

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in construction or manufacturing in any setting.
1-2 years of prior customer service experience in a customer-facing role.
Preferred experience with AS400/Surpass and SAP.
Strong ability to read with attention to detail and communicate requirements in fractions.

Responsibilities

Maintain a broad knowledge of clients, products and services of the organization.
Document customer interactions and transactions.
Accurately process phoned, faxed and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut off times and other time constraints that may exist.
Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned in orders for production.
Coordinate with sales and production to meet customer expectations.
Coordinate and/or resolve product or service issues.
Communicate with customers to determine expected delivery date and time.
