Responsibilities

• High volume of outbound phone calls to introduce and grow our business.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver quotes and product information to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Management to prepare customer-specific document requests (e.g. Private Label documents, sell sheets, etc).
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Collaborate closely with the Outside Sales Team to manage account transitions and ensure continuity of service.
• Learn and understand Bron Tapes catalog of products and tape applications.

Bron Tapes is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for their Denver, CO location. TheInside Sales Representative is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting seamless transitions between inside and outside sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• High Volume of outbound Phone Calls to introduce and grow our business
