Essex Solutions USA LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to major OEM customers, handling inquiries, issues and product information with professionalism.

You will manage orders and returns, track shipments, and collaborate with sales, logistics, manufacturing, warehouses, and purchasing to meet customer needs, with training available on manufacturing and engineering requirements.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Bachelor of Science or Arts preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related customer service experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience preferred.
• Minimum (5) years of related experience

Mansioni

• Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and support
• Manages customer accounts and orders, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
• Investigates and resolves customer complaints and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborates daily with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, manufacturing plants, warehouses, purchasing, credit, and management to address customer needs and issues.
• Has an understanding of manufacturing and engineering requirements (Will Train)
