Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners seeks a Sales and Customer Service Manager to align customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers in a fast-paced CPG environment. You’ll oversee customer service and order management from entry to issue resolution, ensuring accurate pricing and data in SAP and Salesforce.

You will lead the Order Processing Team, support the Sales function with pricing, reporting, and account activities, and drive continuous improvements in service processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Customer Service experience in the CPG industry.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Leads customer service and sales operations systems including SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Oversee the Order Processing team to ensure accurate, timely order processing.
• Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and account activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate pricing adjustments, bill backs, and payment issues with Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain accurate customer data in SAP and Salesforce, including pricing and requirements.
• Manage Salesforce administration and records, contacts, and reporting.
• Handle inquiries from prospective customers and route opportunities to the Business Manager.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Business Managers and brokers.
• Supervise the Order Processing Team directly.
• Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional coordination.
