CareerNerds, LLC is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to bridge customers, the Sales team, Operations, Accounting, and brokers in a fast-paced CPG setting. You will oversee customer service and order management from entry to issue resolution, ensuring pricing accuracy and data integrity in SAP and Salesforce.

You will lead the Order Processing Team, resolve escalations, support sales operations, and drive process improvements across the order-to-cash cycle.

Formación

• 10+ years in customer service or related roles within the CPG industry.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
• Leads and oversees customer service and sales operations systems (SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, Google Workspace).
• Builds effective working relationships with customers, brokers, sales personnel, and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Serve as the liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Oversee the Order Processing team to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
• Support the Sales team with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and account activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve pricing, quantity, and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and account data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce administration and maintenance, including records and reporting.
• Maintain current customer files and required account documentation.
• Qualify leads from prospective customers and route to the appropriate Business Manager.
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports to Business Managers and brokers.
• Directly supervise the Order Processing Team.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and cross-functional coordination.
