Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to bridge customers, the Sales team, Operations, Accounting, and brokers in a fast-moving CPG environment. The role oversees customer service and order management, supporting the sales process from entry to resolution.

You will manage inquiries, pricing, and account data in SAP and Salesforce, lead the Order Processing team, and drive cross-functional process improvements to boost accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive customer service experience in the CPG industry.
• Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
• Experience in customer service, sales operations, or account management with leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
• Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers.
• Supervise the Order Processing Team to ensure accurate, timely order processing.
• Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting, and account activities.
• Develop and improve customer service and order processes to boost accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve pricing adjustments and payment issues.
