Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive Customer Service experience in the CPG industry.
Demonstrates ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
Experience in customer service, sales operations, account management, or related functions.
Leads and oversees customer service and sales operations systems.

Responsibilities

Manage customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely, professional manner.
Serve as liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting and brokers.
Support Order Processing for accurate, timely processing of orders.
Assist Sales with service, pricing, reporting and account activities.
Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments and payment issues.
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and account data in SAP and Salesforce.
Supervise the Order Processing team and ensure performance.
Identify opportunities to improve cross-functional coordination.
