Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Sales and Customer Service Manager to bridge customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting, and brokers. You will oversee customer service and order management from entry through issue resolution, ensuring accurate pricing and data in SAP and Salesforce.

You will lead an Order Processing team and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing and service issues. You will develop processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional coordination,

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive customer service experience in the CPG industry.
Ownership and accountability for responsibilities and results.
Experience in customer service, sales operations or related functions.
Leads and oversees systems including SAP, Salesforce, TrueCommerce, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Builds effective relationships with customers, brokers, sales personnel and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly.
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, Sales, Operations, Accounting and brokers.
Manage and support the Order Processing team for accurate, timely orders.
Support Sales with customer service, order management, pricing, reporting and accounts.
Develop and improve customer service and sales order processes for accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable on pricing adjustments, bill backs and payment issues.
Maintain customer, pricing, and account data in SAP and Salesforce.
Directly supervise the Order Processing Team and report monthly results.
