Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, the operator of Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car, is hiring for a full-time role at Ontario, CA. The position starts at $19/hour based on 40 hours per week and requires a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year prior sales experience (retail, customer facing).
• Open availability for days, nights, weekends & holidays for full-time work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers and other business partners.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required maintenance.
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks such as research and billing support, accounts receivables, transfer logs, run reports, supply maintenance, billing.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
