Steven Label LLC is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to process orders, communicate with customers, and ensure a seamless experience from entry to shipment. The role requires working closely with purchasers from large companies and learning the technical aspects of our printing products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in printing, packaging, or manufacturing preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprints and material specifications.
• Proficient with order management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through professional oral and written communication.
• Review customer specifications to prepare work orders for manufacturing.
• Process customer orders and prepare accurate quotes.
• Respond to customer emails, messages and calls promptly.
• Support customers with product design and technical inquiries.
• Maintain document control within an ERP system and scheduling reports.
• Build relationships with customers to understand their products and requirements.
• Collaborate with Art, Production, Sales, and Accounting to ensure on-time delivery.
