• Minimum 5 years of customer service/ order management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, production schedules, and order fulfillment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily customer service activities and supervise one CSR.
• Oversee the customer order process from entry to shipment.
• Communicate order status, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, Shipping, and other departments.
• Lead process improvements to increase order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
