Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding fulfillment, order management, and inquiries.
Oversee order and quotation management processes to ensure timely execution.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies; support cash management objectives.
Monitor aged WIP and inventory; drive process improvements.
Lead and prioritize team activities to meet departmental goals.
