Qualifications

• The ability to use tact and diplomacy to convey information and handle sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address technical inquiries, visits, trainings, and reports.
• Coach and direct your team of customer engineers, oversee schedules, workloads, and performance.
• Manage other managers as needed, including technical program managers.
• Lead operational excellence activities.
• Interface with Product Divisions and Sales to identify customer-specific solutions.
• Plan account activity and drive cost efficiency with the District Sales Engineer.
• Oversee system installation and start-up planning and execution.
