Job summary

AMD is seeking a Senior Customer Operations Account Manager to drive operations for a portfolio of large strategic customers. You will partner with customer and AMD leaders to resolve issues, optimize order-to-cash, and ensure service levels across the product lifecycle.

• Solid supply chain knowledge; distribution experience preferred.
• Understanding of business strategy and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operations partner for a large portfolio of strategic technology customers.
• Build trusted relationships with customer and AMD stakeholders across levels.
• Review backlogs and coordinate with factory, finance, sales, and customers to resolve issues.
• Manage product lifecycle, including NPI and EOL.
• Manage inventory and DOI to minimize inventory costs.
• Analyze demand, supply, consumption rates, and ordering patterns.
• AnticipATE customer needs, remove barriers, and resolve complex issues.
• Strengthen customer partnerships to support continuity and growth.
• Lead key projects, improve processes, advise partners, and support strategy.
• Drive operational excellence and new process implementations.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and operational meetings with customers.
• Collaborate across teams to share best practices and remove obstacles.
