• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3–5 years in customer service, inside sales, or order management preferred.
• Experience in millwork, building materials, or related industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with accurate product, pricing, availability, and order status information.
• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and order changes accurately per procedures.
• Review requirements and order details to identify missing information and clarify specs to prevent errors.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with internal departments for timely, complete delivery.
• Research and resolve complex customer concerns including order discrepancies and delivery delays.
• Take ownership of issues from contact to resolution with updates and documented actions.
• Suggest improvements to workflows and the customer experience.
