Specialty Building Products is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Representative for Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, and resolve complex issues, ensuring accurate orders and timely communication.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years of related customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in millwork or building materials preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email with product, pricing, availability and order status information.
• Prepare and process quotes, orders and order changes accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Review customer requirements and order details to identify missing information and clarify specifications.
• Monitor orders and coordinate with internal departments to support timely delivery.
• Research and resolve complex customer concerns, including order discrepancies and delays.
• Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution with updates and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and coaching team members.
• Identify opportunities for improvements to workflows and customer experience.
