Goodwill Bordentown is seeking a Guest-facing team member to process transactions at the register, encourage Round-Up donations, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will engage customers, stock merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures while upholding Goodwill policies and professional etiquette.

We offer cross-training as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder to drive individual growth and store productivity, with a focus on flexible scheduling and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Successfully process register transactions, handle money, count money, and ask for Round-Up donations.
• Engage customers using greeting, focus on customer needs, and maintain a neat store.
• Promote Round-Up transaction average and provide timely announcements.
• Cross-train as Donation-Utility Associate and Barcoder for growth.
• Train to complete opening and closing procedures as necessary.
• Stock and maintain sales floor and dressings rooms with merchandise.
