Job summary

IntelliPro Group is hiring a Customer Quality Engineer to serve as the hub for customer requirements and interface with key datacenter, automotive, and commercial customers. You will lead quality events, CAPA execution, and cross-functional improvements across R&D, Process, Wafer, and Test teams.

This role emphasizes 8D, PFMEA, and reliability testing knowledge with strong English communication skills to support global accounts and project delivery.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor customer quality
Knowledge of IC manufacturing, CP/FT testing, and reliability testing (HTOL/ORT, Latch-up)
Hands-on experience with quality tools: 8D, 5Why, Fishbone, FMEA, CAPA
Proficiency in Design for Reliability (DfR) and FMEA methods

Responsibilities

Close customer quality events and own 8D reports and CAPA plans
Monitor quality performance metrics and drive improvement actions
Coordinate cross-functional improvements with R&D, Process, Wafer, and Test teams
Prepare and present monthly customer quality reviews and ensure traceability of outputs
Manage receipt and testing of customer-returned samples and evidence
