• Experience with stress testing and 8D problem solving.
• Familiarity with process control, FMEA, and OCAP in manufacturing engineering.
• Understanding of ISO 9001, IATF/VDA, and QMS quality standards.
• Strong communication and ability to present technical information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support quality tasks related to New Product Introduction and customer inquiries.
• Participate in customer audits and support preparation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive and clear communication.
• Manage Failure Analysis requests, interpret reports, and relay findings to customers.
• Act as the main interface for customer complaints, providing timely analysis and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 25% of the time; a valid US visa is preferred for this role.
