Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/Engineering or related field with 6+ years hardware engineering experience
• Master's degree with 5+ years hardware engineering experience
• PhD with 4+ years hardware engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Lead conference calls and face-to-face meetings with Customers related to quality
• Track Customer quality metrics with regular reporting to the customer and internal management
• Coordinate and participate in Customer audits
• Assimilate communicated technical details and formulate responses to customers with quality and customer goals in mind
• Interface with Customers, Integrators and Partners onsite to support problem solving
• Craft customer presentations covering containment, root cause, risk assessments, corrective actions and recovery plans
• Work cross-functionally to assess product risk and drive continuous improvement
