Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in semiconductor quality, product engineering, customer quality, reliability, failure analysis, or manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary quality contact for customers on ASIC product quality matters.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering, quality, and operations teams.
• Communicate quality status, investigation results, and corrective action plans clearly.
• Support customer audits, quality reviews, and escalation management.
• Own end-to-end RMA process for returned ASIC devices.
• Coordinate failure analysis activities with internal labs and external partners.
• Lead investigations to determine root cause and drive CAPA actions.
• Provide customer quality feedback into ASIC development programs.
• Monitor KPIs including RMA rates, turnaround time, and defect trends.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
