Job summary

RTX's Collins Aerospace in Richardson, TX is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction across Mission Systems products. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to evaluate products, analyze root causes of deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance. You will build strong customer relationships, monitor satisfaction metrics, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and the current

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Experience with Quality Systems, including AS9100 standards
• Experience applying quality tools and methodologies
• Experience managing customer satisfaction metrics and implementing corrective actions
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their requirements.
• Manage customer satisfaction metrics for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams to evaluate Mission Systems products and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for deficiencies and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Interpret customer requirements and assess compliance with the current Quality Management System.
• Respond to customer issues requiring corrective action or impacting satisfaction.
