RTX's Collins Aerospace in Richardson, TX is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to drive quality improvements and ensure customer satisfaction across Mission Systems products. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to evaluate products, analyze root causes of deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

• Experience with Quality Systems, including AS9100 standards
• Experience applying quality tools and methodologies
• Experience managing customer satisfaction metrics and implementing corrective actions
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving quality improvements across multiple disciplines within Collins Aerospace. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to evaluate products and processes, analyze root causes of deficiencies, and implement corrective actions. Your efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction metrics and product quality.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure alignment with their requirements.
• Manage customer satisfaction metrics for assigned customers.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum of 8 years of experience, or minimum of 5 years of experience with an Advanced degree.
• Experience with Quality Systems, including AS9100 standards.
• Experience applying quality tools and methodologies in a professional setting.
• Experience managing customer satisfaction metrics and implementing corrective actions.
• Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
