Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a results-driven Project/Program Manager in the United States to oversee complex Prefab Customer orders from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate electrical enclosures, automation, HVAC, and fire and gas systems, managing from order prep to shipment and post-delivery support.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, maintain schedules, and ensure financial reconciliation while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) including ability to understand complex technical topics.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and development abilities with delegation of responsibility.
• Proven organizational and time/project management skills.
• Advanced understanding of project management and project finance.
• Ability to build and maintain technical and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Owns project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer; acts as lead contact during execution (Initiation).
• Develops project organization, schedule, risk register, and communicates with the customer; coordinates with internal facilities and vendors (Planning).
• Monitors execution of the project order; manages decisions, risks, and change management; ensures cross-functional collaboration (Execution).
• Leads monitor and control of project performance; reports progress to stakeholders; ensures contract administration (Control).
• Leads project closeout including financial reconciliation, site verification, start-up coordination, and lessons learned (Close).
• Uses Schneider Electric product knowledge to understand processes and terminology for effective project management.
