Incora seeks an Onsite Representative Lead to act as the primary on-site liaison at customer production sites, managing stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment. You will collaborate with the Customer Administrator and on-site managers to maintain accuracy and drive efficiency.

The role requires 1 year of JIT, VMI, or 3PO experience in aerospace, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to mentor a team while traveling between customer sites as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma; some college preferred.
• 1 year minimum in JIT, VMI, or 3PO in aerospace.
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills.
• Ability to liaison with customers and suppliers; reliable company representative.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with AI tools to boost productivity.

Mansioni

• Represent Incora Aircraft at customer production sites and maintain stock levels.
• Provide operational support and status updates to regional managers and finance.
• Coordinate new or off-contract requirements and identify improvement opportunities.
